Damage caused during transport and handling is a problem for manufacturers and distributors. Many traditionally used packaging materials do not give enough protection for hard impacts and even a small scratch can lead to a claim for compensation.
This is why a number of producers and packaging experts have chosen compact edge protection as a solution.
Edgeboards are delivered ready cut to the correct length and they can be combined with stretch foil, shrink rap and strapping.
The quality, size and strength is chosen individually for each use.
Qualities can be chosen from bio-quality edgeboards which are laminated with water-soluble PVA glue.

 The hot-melt glue is spread along the edge of the corner protector. The glue strip is protected by a silicon tape which it is easy to remove.
This keeps the glue surface clean and allows the protector to stick firmly to the material of the surface to be packed.
The strongest adhesive bond can be achieved against wood, paper and plastic surfaces. Eltete Add&Stick is faster and easier to apply than conventional solutions.
